Fabled Dungeons (R4) are offered in every zone; named spawn more in harder instances and a mercy rule helps unlucky named/quest drops. #runes shows what your runes absorb. Utility Kit bag (Bazaar Bag Merchant): a shield or instrument inside works from your bank. Epic 1.5/2.0 weapons are no longer lore with each other; arrows level up in the Power Source slot as a stack. Tri-class fixes: poison/alchemy combines, innates, LoH/HT timers and casting stats use your whole spec.
